TheZealot is operated by NovaSage, Inc. (“TheZealot”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• All activity conducted under your account

You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Customer Data

You retain all rights to data you submit to the platform (“Customer Data”).

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the service.

We do not use Customer Data for advertising or to train external models.

5. Intellectual Property

TheZealot platform, including all software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by NovaSage, Inc.

These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the service.

6. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers (see Subprocessors).

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

7. Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NovaSage, Inc. from claims arising out of:

• Your use of the service

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your Customer Data

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
